✺ CREATIVE ENERGY ✺

As a deeply empathic being, I’ve always absorbed the energy of my experiences, external environment, and others. It has served me in many ways. The ability to know when something is in alignment for me just based on the feeling I get. It also heightens my clairecognizant gift of clear knowing of things at random and with more deliberate intention. This gift is something I’ve cultivated through my work as a Creative Director, Photographer, Brand Doula, and Mindfulness Guide.

Recently got Reiki I attuned and have been feeling a heightened awareness of my energetic patterns. Learning how I can create, sustain and not deplete my energy. Regardless of how many energy healers I’ve worked with and wellness courses I’ve created, practicing and applying these for myself is a humbling experience. I’m so grateful for this.

My VISION this month is about being ENERGIZED, MAGNETIC, and CREATIVELY FULFILLED.

I’ve spent so many years limiting my self because of what I perceive I don’t have (enough creative energy to create all that I desire). But Reiki has taught me that we can receive universal life force energy from the Earth, the Universe, and our Intention.

What a beautiful reminder that everything we perceive to lack is always within & around us.
