What is the definition of Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability to connect to our present moment experience with open curiosity and some compassion. I’ve shared many times that mindfulness meditation is a practice that allows us to connect to our inner experience in relation to our external and (constantly changing) circumstances. It’s like checking “the weather report” of your mind, body, emotions, feelings.
Even with a few minutes of practice, you may find some ease from stress, anxiety, & suffering.
