As Head of Creative and Brand Marketing for a DTC Pet Brand, I developed and executed a 360-degree brand and marketing strategy to elevate the Fresh Patch brand and increased revenue 5% month over month within the first few months. Managed a 6-figure marketing budget to allocate across organic, paid, influencer partnerships, and other media spend.

Concept and directed creative campaigns, managed the in-house marketing team, approved organic and paid social content, liaised with digital agencies for paid media, email, customer growth and retention campaigns.

Developed Brand Guidelines, Creative Briefs, and Evergreen Brand Visual Assets. Concept and produced high-performing static and video ads with results of 3.0-7.0 ROAS on Meta, Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. Present monthly and quarterly KPI reports.

Developed influencer partnership strategy, creator briefs, scripts, and video best practices. Successfully launched influencer and affiliate partnership program with over 50+ gifted and paid influencers building a community of pet lovers to elevate brand awareness and organic reach.

Concept and produced experiential popup events to leverage the brand awareness and industry competitive advantage garnering 3,000,000 reach from organic influencer posts and tv placements.
